I am a business psychologist with over twenty years of experience, combining psychological expertise with practical management skills, strategic capabilities, and a solid grounding in business law. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and a postgraduate qualification in Business Law, both from Jagiellonian University.

I am currently a partner at Qualia Bridge, where I focus on advisory services in strategic wealth and investment management. I serve as Managing Partner of an investment fund whose strategy focuses on investments in real estate and established, financially stable businesses. In this capacity, I concentrate on assessing investment potential, analysing risk, and creating long-term value.

My professional experience includes managing a shopping centre, co-founding and co-managing a joint-stock company, and overseeing operations at a technology company. I also serve on the Supervisory Board of the South Poland Cleantech Cluster.

Alongside my business activities, I am developing my work as an author, writing a book on Stoic psychology that combines the insights of classical philosophy with contemporary psychological research and business practice.

I am also actively involved in social and community initiatives, collaborating with the Kraków Miastem Startupów Foundation and participating in the Rotary and Mensa communities.

In my work, I combine an analytical approach to business and investment with an understanding of human motivation, the psychology of decision-making, and the principles of building lasting value.
