Elitza Stoilova is the co-founder and CEO of Umni - a no-code platform for creating and managing AI chatbots by businesses without technical knowledge and skills.

Elitza has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, with an established career up to Marketing Director and General Manager of hotels and tour operator. She has worked in hotels in Turkey, Tunisia, and Morocco and has developed her career in the hospitality industry over 17 years in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands (USA). She served as a destination marketing consultant and committee chair for the Marianas Visitors Authority (AdHoc, MVA) for over 10 years and received 2 awards from MVA for her work.

Elitza's experience in tourism, an industry that depends on quality service and timely communication between staff and customers, motivates her today to help businesses use AI chatbots to automate routine questions and tasks, save time and resources, and increase sales while providing more employee time for quality personalized customer service and higher value-added tasks.

Elitza co-founded Umni while participating in and completing the largest global startup accelerator, Founder Institute (Silicon Valley), with a focus on chatbots in 2017.
