I added a new RMB District 7390 event a few minutes ago and found that the “WHERE” section of the new event form gave you a drop down menu of past event locations and “no location” as the possible ways to indicate where the event would be located. There was no place for actually filling in the event location. On a previous iteration of the form, you could type in the location – address, city, country.
