I joined Rotary in 1986 and have held positions such as Club President several times, Assistant Governor, District Governor and Alternate COL.
Being a part of RMB as a Rotarian, provides the opportunity to not only serve Rotary, but build important relationships between Rotarians supporting each other in business. Yes, it is about networking, but it is one other way to strengthen engagement and retention.
An example is using your professional skills to serve your community and strengthen your business. Given the opportunity, I would welcome being a part of Rotary Means Business and help advance its mission.
I am pleased to submit my candidacy for the Board of Directors – North America of the Rotary Means Business Fellowship, bringing a career grounded in Rotary leadership for more than 23 years in community development, and disciplined governance. In my current roles as Assistant Governor and Rotary Means Business D7080 Chair within the Rotary International District 7080 (Southwestern Ontario, Canada),
I have gained firsthand insight into the Fellowship’s capacity to unite business professionals around shared purpose — and how strong board leadership translates that potential into measurable impact for members and communities alike. Across my Rotary journey, I have served in board and executive capacities encompassing strategic planning, governance, membership growth, financial stewardship, and fundraising, consistently building consensus among diverse stakeholders and turning vision into sustainable outcomes.
I have also cultivated a broad network of business and civic leaders that I am eager to leverage in support of the Fellowship’s continued expansion. As a candidate for the North America – Director role, I am deeply motivated to strengthen governance, deepen member engagement, and forge strategic partnerships that advance meaningful business connections aligned with Rotary’s ethical standards.
I believe Rotary Means Business is exceptionally well-positioned to grow its reach and relevance, and I would be honored to contribute my time, expertise, and energy to help shape the future of how Rotarians connect, collaborate, and create lasting impact

I was inducted into Rotary world in 2003 at the Rotary Club of Santa Rosa Sunrise and took a transfer to the Rotary Club of Mountain View. I served the rotary for 5 years in the USA. I was re-inducted into the Rotary world at the Rotary Club of Bangalore in 2016 and have been a member ever since (almost 10 years).
I have been with RMBF Bangalore for the past 8 years and also served on its board for 4 years. I am a RMBF Life member.
I have been travelling on Business all the while and probably the only Rotarian that has done more than 140 International Rotary meetings outside the parent club. This knowledge of Rotary and travel + being in business since 1980 will help me suggest and help RMBF to being the top most business networking group world wide. More work needs to be done outside India than in India. If elected to the Board of Directors of the RMBF I shall give my complete attention and time and use my travel to work for the betterment of RMBF world wide.

I have served RMB Madurai Central in multiple capacities — as Secretary, Vice Chairman, and currently as Chairman. This progressive journey has given me hands-on experience in chapter administration, member relations, event management, and strategic planning at the grassroots level.
Innovation & Technology:
I conceptualized and organized an AI & Technology Seminar in collaboration with Thiagarajar MBA College — a first-of-its-kind initiative that bridged the gap between business and academia, inspiring members to embrace emerging technologies in their professional lives.
Digital Infrastructure:
I pioneered the development of a dedicated RMB Mobile Application and Website for our chapter, modernizing member communication, improving engagement, and creating a scalable digital platform for Fellowship activities.
Vision for the Region:
I believe in an RMB that is inclusive, innovative, and impactful. As a Board Director, I will focus on strengthening existing chapters, encouraging new chapter formation, promoting technology-driven business programs, and ensuring every member across the Asia region feels connected and valued.
Commitment to Rotary Values:
My every action as a Rotarian has been guided by the values of integrity, service above self, and fellowship. I carry these values into every role I undertake.
I am ready to serve the Fellowship at the highest level with dedication, energy, and a proven track record of delivering results. I seek your trust and your vote.

This is Velpari Natesan, your LIFE MASTERY COACH with over two decades of experience in corporate systems, process excellence, and leadership development.
My journey in RMB has been guided by a simple belief. When culture is strong, GROWTH BECOMES NATURAL. As founding Chairman of RMB Salem Bright, I focused on embedding the ” BIRTH VALUES” as I would call it. This acronym stands for Business Growth, Integrity, Respect, Trust, and High Standards. This helped create a disciplined, positive, and member-driven environment that continues to inspire consistency and performance. I always give top priority to People and Culture.
I believe in managing chapters with SOUND PROCESSES AND EFFECTIVE USE OF TECHNOLOGY. I designed and implemented a customized CRM platform to improve TRANSPARENCY, ENGAGEMENT, AND PERFORMANCE TRACKING, enabling better visibility and decision making for my chapter.
I have designed and delivered several training programs for chapter Chairs and Board of Directors. I have also supported new chapters during their launch phase by providing clarity, structure, and post-launch follow-up to ensure smooth functioning and sustained progress. In addition, I have contributed towards strengthening and smooth functioning of chapters across Districts 2982 & 3231. My efforts resulted in the successful launch of 4 good RMB chapters.
All these efforts and experiences have further motivated me to contribute to Rotary by way of working with chapters in the RMB Fellowship.
If given an opportunity to serve on the Board, I will approach the role with RESPONSIBILITY, OPENNESS, AND COMMITMENT. I will listen, learn, and contribute my best to strengthen systems, support members, and uphold the values of RMBF.
“LEADERSHIP IS NOT ABOUT POSITION. IT IS ABOUT
RESPONSIBILITY IN ACTION.”

decades of leadership experience across ICT, telecommunications, education consultancy, agribusiness, travel, and oil & gas, I have consistently focused on creating meaningful impact in Nigeria and across Africa.
My Rotary journey reflects proven and result-driven service. I have served as Chartered President of Rotary Club of Ibadan Pathfinder (D9126), Club Adviser, Assistant Governor, Chartered Chapter Chairman RMBF D9126, and currently Chairman of Rotary Means Business Fellowship Nigeria. I introduced life membership within our chapter, and today we have 18 life members. I also moved a motion encouraging members to contribute a minimum of $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation to attain Paul Harris Fellow status. As a result, we now have 1 MD+3, 3 Major Donors, and 14 PHFs.
As a candidate for RMBF Africa Officer, my vision is to expand and establish more RMBF chapters across countries within the African continent, especially in underrepresented regions. I aim to strengthen intra Africa business networks, digitize RMBF operations through ICT, and promote a strong culture of life membership and Rotary Foundation giving across all chapters.
I am committed to inspiring collaboration, strengthening partnerships, and building a thriving RMBF network across Africa. I humbly seek your trust and support.
With over 30 years of experience driving strategic growth in Uganda and abroad, I am eager to contribute to Rotary Means Business International’s mission to support the success of fellow Rotarians in business, by bringing a diverse, forward-thinking perspective to your Board of Directors. As a seasoned accounting/business consulting professional, my aim is to expand the skillset of the board, bringing in diverse perspectives to support the growth of member businesses. I have significant experience in business and strategic planning and can provide unique input by supporting member businesses towards sustainable growth.
I am an RMB International Life member and an active member of RMB Uganda. Currently I serve as the Director Strategic Partnerships at RMB Uganda. In addition to organizing two very successful Expos, so far, I have managed to secure impactful partnerships with big organizations like NBS and AfroMobile (providing media services and visibility of member businesses), TLB Consulting Group (providing business advice to members through a free business clinic), Centenary Bank (providing banking services to members), Roke Telkom (providing smart connectivity solutions to members) and many others. Indeed, I possess the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
What do I bring to the table at Director level? I am keen to participate in board meetings and key decision-making, and to contribute expertise and/or guidance. I am ready to assist with duties that existing officers may not be in the position to handle, such as opening new chapters in regions not named, answering queries, assisting with member growth world-wide, and supporting member businesses to flourish.
As Director at Large, I hope to focus on the ‘bigger picture’, by providing independent, objective insights and balance to the Board. I am very flexible, and available to take on any duties as assigned.
Thank you for considering...
